Winter Cycling Gloves
Winter Cycling Gloves
Winter cycling gloves are one of the more popular types of cycling gloves, especially during the latter parts of the year where snow and cold weather is apparent. Winter cycling gloves provide comfort and warmth to its user, and still provides excellent gripping for the colder, winter season.
Usually designed to look and feel bulkier than most other types of cycling gloves, winter cycling gloves are usually made of two parts. This type of cycling glove, mainly due to its bulk, is usually formed by an interior glove and an outer layer. This feature found in most of the winter cycling gloves sold today makes it easier to wash and maintain.
Winter cycling gloves are also made to have longer cuffs most of the time. This feature was created in order to have the glove tucked inside its user's jacket and prevent his or her arms from getting too cold, as cycling in the winter wind can be quite a chilling experience for their arms.
Another feature that is common with winter cycling gloves is its exterior, which is normally water-proof. There is also usually a layer that is added for insulation, usually between the liner of the outer glove and the inner glove.
